E. Clarke Porter

As co-founder, CEO and Chairman of Integral7, Clarke is responsible for executing its strategy to provide enterprise credential management and verification services that unleash, enhance and protect the value of certification and licensure programs. Long recognized as an innovative leader and visionary, Clarke has been a major driving force in the computer-based testing industry since its inception. He was a founding employee of Prometric and, through key partnerships with IT industry players such as Novell and others, was one of the pioneers of IT certification. In addition, Clarke was largely responsible for the Prometric vision of making computer-based testing widely accessible on a global basis. Clarke established himself as a true “Titan of Testing” as co-founder, CEO and Chairman of VUE where he led the company in exploiting the Internet to provide new products such as candidate self-service and enhanced exam scheduling. With unwavering dedication to innovation and customer service, Clarke continues to play a key role in defining the vision and direction of the computer-based testing industry.


Kirk D. Lundeen

As co-founder, President and Vice President of Sales of Integral7, Kirk Lundeen is responsible for developing new market segments, selling and implementing all of Integral7’s products, and supporting the existing client base. Prior to Integral7, Kirk was an executive and co-founder of VUE and Prometric. He acquired broad experience in leading customer service organizations, building global infrastructure and was a critical leader in building the worldwide infrastructure for the computer-based testing industry.


Carolyn G. Rose

As co-founder, President and Vice President of Business Development of Integral7, Carolyn Rose is responsible for executing the company's strategic partnerships that will enhance the value of credentials for credential sponsors, candidates, and employers. Carolyn has an extensive and well-respected history of leadership, innovation, and business success in providing skills development and assessment for Information Technology professionals. Prior to Integral7, Carolyn held executive management positions at iGeneration, Novell, Excelan, and Schlumberger Technologies, during which she played a primary and critical leadership role in developing and driving the worldwide infrastructure for computer-based testing. As senior vice president and general manager of Novell Education, she gained industry acclaim for pioneering Novell's family of certification programs and deploying a worldwide infrastructure of authorized education centers. She is credited with changing the fundamental model for IT certification and training, and setting the benchmark for professional certification and training in the IT industry.


Kurt T. Waltenbaugh

As co-founder of Integral7 and Vice President of Client Services and Operations, Kurt Waltenbaugh is responsible for gathering client and market requirements, developing the product development road-map and executing the development plan. Kurt has significant experience in building large scale business intelligence systems and is bringing this expertise to bear in the certification industry. Prior to Integral7, Kurt was a founding employee and Vice President of Retek Systems, the leading retail business intelligence system provider, and a consultant with Andersen Consulting.


Matthew K. Stone

As co-founder of Integral7 and Chief Architect, Matt Stone is responsible for the overall design and architecture of the Integral7 systems. He uses a unique set of skills to bridge the business requirements and system design chasm resulting in superior products that drive significant value for Integral7’s clients. Matt has world-class experience building and managing global information technology systems. Prior to Integral7, Matt was an executive with VUE and was responsible for building their world-wide IT infrastructure


Steve Hatle

As Manager of Operations, Steve Hatle is responsible for delivering the Integral7 on-demand application including front line support, up-time, performance, business continuity services and long range system planning. Steve has significant experience managing global IT infrastructure. Prior to Integral7, Steve was an IT Manager at VUE responsible for data center operations and MicroAssist an ISP serving the Twin Cities Metro area.
